A price quote was given for two mattress sets and the employee confirmed that I could pick up just the box springs at the given price. Less than two weeks later, we returned with cash to pick up two box springs and were told that they would not separate the sets. I discussed with the store that we were told we COULD do that and we were given pricing. The employee recalled this conversation and admitted that they would not follow through with the original agreement. Highly dishonest with poor customer service.
