Ordered a part for a lawn mower. Was told it would be there in two days. Two days turned to 4. 4 days into 7. 7 into “ sorry, I can’t guarantee when it will get here”. Sales person was nice (Robert). May not have actually been his fault but was enough for me to cancel the order. Sure they have their positive attributes, but this wasn’t one of them.

Very dishonest, repeatedly lied to about parts being on hand and delivery time, 2 months into a job and they had no idea of what was actually suppose to be done to the vehicle. No management skills, No communication repeatedly had to beg for information only to have the manager tell me he was actually lying for the past 2 weeks, endless excuses and lies to cover there tracks that they owned up to will never use this facility again and highly suggest that no one else consider this shop for anything.Service: Engine repair
