Went in because my service bar will not get service in Atlanta told the guy i needed a new phone SIM card, told me i wasn’t getting a signal because my data roaming was turned off and now that I’m back in Atlanta it’s doing the same thing to were i can’t make calls or txt at all, so now I’m dropping my service with them because i begged them to replace my phone and they didn’t know what they was doing… prices not worth it and I’m tired of them giving me the run around for a simple fix

Not exactly my choice for a cell phone carrier. Apparently my house and woods behind it are a dead zone. C-Spire is the only thing that works and sometimes I just get one bar. So they upgraded to 5G and gave me new phones that were possessed. I explained this several times that I needed new phones. All they kept saying was wait until October 28. That was my 5 year anniversary with the company and they were going to give me FREE phones. Didn't happen. My choices were limited to certain phones and I had to change my plans and sign a new contract. Nonetheless we left with 2 new phones which turned out were not fully activated and properly programmed. So another trip into the city the next day with a different tech amounted to nothing. Took me four days to get my phone activated. If a different device or service would work, I would pay twice for it.

I have been with this company for years. Great thing is they gave me a phone for free almost on my birthday. I was having problems with my old phone. I called tech support and the lady was so kind. She wished me a happy early birthday and said I qualify for a new phone. Thank you Cspire.
