Very rude & unprofessional. left on hold for over 10 minutes. hung up called back & was told they would call back in 5 minutes. Never called back. after 20 minutes of waiting called them back just to be placed on hold again.

I've used Advantage Tax Services for years, and wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else to have my taxes prepared. They are professional and responsive. They listen to any questions you may have, and take their time explaining. They will even make themselves available after hours if needed. If you are using anyone else, you are likely getting ripped off, or not getting your full refund.
