I had my nails done here 3 days ago and yesterday I had to go have 2 of my nails replaced and now I have to go have my thumb nail fixed this is a place I used to love going to and now I can’t stand it

Bad first impression. I book this appt weeks in advance and they didn't honor that. I had arrive 15 minute before my 12:00 appt and I was told they were busy and to shop around for 30 minutes and that they'll call me. 12:47 I decided to just cancelled my appt. The nice lady said they were also open tomorrow but I booked today because I wasn't as busy.

I kept telling the woman that she glued the nail on wrong but she didn't acknowledge me nor what I was saying. She just kept doing my nails. They're all uneven,and nothing like what they're supposed to be. She then showed me a color and I agreed to it. She never told me that it was going to cost more than the price that we already agreed upon. It was rushed. Then when I was getting the pedicure my feet were not soaked. The dirt wasn't cleared out from under my toenails. She didn't the tools and clean up the skin on nail itself. She didn't een massage my feet, and then finally messing up the the color on my toes that I had paid extra for.!!!!Services: Pedicure
