I paid Lowe’s in waveland ms Almost 18 thousand dollars to install tile floors in my home. They failed to deliver the material two times after giving me a date and 4 hour time window. Once the material was finally delivered, I was promised a 5 day installation time. After I expressed concern that the installers only worked a 1/2 a day the first 3 days I was still assured they would complete the job. Well.,, the 5th day the installers were at my home rushing after midnight. The install turned out terrible!!! The quality control person came to inspect and agreed that the entire house floor they installed will need to be completely jackhammered up and redone. Today the new material delivery was again a no show. There is an hour estimated wait time on Lowes phone to speak with someone. I waited so long on hold that it hung up on me. I have taken 3 days away from work to be here for delivery and going to have to take no telling how long away from work for the new install that was their fault. I have received nothing but the excuse “it’s out if our hands”. .,,, this is absolutely unacceptable!!!

My husband bought fencing materials this past Thursday morning, in the tune of close to $2k. Our contractor picked up some of the materials but had to go back to pickup the rest. Even got a store associate to sign off on the remaining materials that our contractor would be back to pickup before he left (we have the signed paperwork). Our contractor returned to find that Lowe's sold it while he was gone! We ended up having to go to Home Depot to get the rest and Lowe's had to reimburse us for the product they sold... begrudgingly. The store Manager to whom I called and complained, Tyler, denied to my husband's face that he talked to me and had the nerve to suggest our contractor stole the materials! Do not recommend patronizing this store, if this is the dishonesty that will be practiced!

Purchased a dishwasher on the website and paid for haul away of old appliance. The delivery crew dropped the new appliance off and told my with "we don't do installs" and left.
The did not haul away the old appliance as they were paid to do. They'll take your money and refuse to provide the service you paid for.

Poor customer service. I ordered a washing machine online. It was in stock in the Waveland store, but delivery was 10 days away. I called to see if I could pick it up, they said yes but would be late that afternoon. I waited, called back and they said it was ready for pick up. Stood in line for over am hour. They said I would not be able to pick it up for several days. Cancelled the order and bought one somewhere else.

I am a 69 year old woman who placed a online order for pickup. Received a, ready for pick up text. When arriving it was not ready and would not be ready for at least an hour. After the hour I checked again. I was told it could take another hour, they said they were swamped. 3 hours later I suggest they just load it up from out front. Everything I needed was out there including cement. I was building a fence. Heres what really, really got me. They were unwilling to load it because of Covid 19. They only load into trucks, I have a large SUV. THEN.. I ASKED COULD YOU AT LEAST PUT IT ON CARTS FOR ME TO LOAD? GUESS WHAT? THEY ARE TO BUSY RIGHT NOW BUT AS SOON AS THEY CAN. I asked if I could pull my SUV into the pickup area for easier loading and the SOB's said NO. Only trucks. Long story short... Again, I'm a 69 year old female. I had already paid online and need the products. So I loaded up the 4x4s, and 2x4's , asked again for help. Too busy , sorry. They watched as I loaded up the concrete. By now I'm in tears and exhausted. I just said screw it, drove away with 1/2 my order. I have tried calling the corp office and the store for a refund on the missing half. They said I pick it all up. NOOOOOO. i DID NOT! And I never signed that I did either. So that's my review of Lowes, Waveland , MS.

purchased 68 boxes of tile for .98 per tile (68 boxes) plus $150 delivery. They brought me 68 tiles and charged me 2.11 per tile plus 150 delivery. I rejected the delivery and they didn't return my money or call to find out why I refused the 10 boxes of tile. Then they said the price had increased to 2.11 per tile. Ummm. No. I have a photo. The worst customer service ever.

So disappointed in tonight's Lowe's trip. I spend anywhere from 1000-2500 a year at the Waveland Lowe's. Tonight's trip was so sub par. I am building a deck and buying joist hangers in this Lowe's. I had a few questions about the screws used in these joist hangers. A man talking to a woman in in the window and door department after my question said to use "any screws that would fit in the joist hangers" Lowe's has about 7,000 different screws. Don't tell me use any one "that would fit". Going to Bailey lumber from now on. Lowe's does not have customer service at all.

This store is fantastic. Service is good and no problem with returns. We bought a toilet and were missing the connecting pipes. They quickly opened another toilet and gave us the missing parts. We have had several rugs and loads of rocks delivered and all came on time with no issues.

We have been loyal Lowe's customers for many years. Our kids have often teased us that it's our favorite store but the employees at this store have had us going elsewhere. I have yet to meet anyone in this store that had a decent attitude or knew where anything was.

The people at this store are great! From Aaron in flooring, to customer service and the paint department, they could not have been more helpful. I do not live in the area so I handled most things over the phone and they were all very accommodating

Military Discount offered and the store has a great selection of just about everything. Good customer service always offered. I'm happy with this store. Returns accepted with little trouble.
