This is the second time we’ve purchased a car with Gulf Auto Direct. The customer service is amazing and buying a car with them is seamless and fast! Olivia helped us get into the exact vehicle we wanted. She went out of her way to help and make this a great experience. We live an hour away from this location but when we decided to buy another vehicle we didn’t hesitate to give them a call. We will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else. Our entire family owns vehicles from Gulf Auto Direct in the Bay!

Great overall experience with Gulf Auto Direct. MACIH RAMSAY was great to work with. I was on a weekend outing with family and he understood and did not email or text respecting my time. He is the reason I purchased from Gulf Auto Direct. Gulf Auto Direct valued my trade and my time. GREAT COMBINATION. I would not hesitate to do business with them again although I am north of Memphis Tennessee. Plus they recommended some great seafood restaurants. Good Job Kai.

Great service and nice people. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Olivia was amazing and got in touch as soon as we expressed interest in a car. By the end of the day she has everything done and my son has a new car that he loves.
