Had a really great experience. The call center told me I didn't need to make an appointment but when I arrived they were extremely busy. Jeremy told me to come back at 1:00 and he would squeeze me in which he promptly did. I regret not remembering the female technician's name but she rocks; definitely knows her stuff. Great experience and Great staff!

RUN AWAY!!! I got a quote for a battery for a Buick. The quote was $779. I asked for the breakdown and he told me the battery it called for was $399. First off $400 for just a battery for a 2013 model is RIDICULOUS. But add in $379 to just CHANGE the battery. SERIOUSLY. Then quoted me a small fortune to change upper and lower control arms for a front end alignment. By small fortune somehow they wanted over $3500. Find a more reputable spot. They have NO business so they try to rip off the customer to make a buck. SHAMEFUL

I made an appointment for 9am today. I was told that it would take 30 minutes to finish the job. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the parts to arrive. Well, it is now 11:13 am and they haven't brought my car in for the repair! When I questioned them I was told there were others ahead of me. Upon departing, they told me they had to clear a rack before they could work on my car. Draw your own conclusion. So, making an appointment with them is futile. Further, had I not called on yesterday, I would still be waiting for them to call to say that the parts arrived. When I initially brought my car in for repair, they kept it for a week. They reduced the price and apologized for the delay. I paid in full and they said to call them in a few days to complete the repair. The car is drivable, but you will hear a popping noise when turning or on rough roads. In conclusion, if you do business with Delta World Tire in Waveland, MS. be prepared to be extremely patient and to follow up on a regular basis. Lastly, their air conditioner is broken and I am sitting in a very hot waiting room.

I sent my Volvo in to have a blower motor replaced they told me it would take an hour it took 2 days and when I got my car back there is now a wire/plug hanging loose and my ac controls do not work properly anymore when I press the off button it keeps running however the fan switch/knob does work properly still and does cut the ac on and off but none of my buttons work anymore to control where or how the air blows I can only assume this is because of the hanging plug other than that I’m satisfied at least my air works again.
