“I really like the NAPA store in Bay St Louis, MS. The employees are like a family and when you come in you get excellent service. Today we came in to pick up a part that had been ordered in. Unfortunately it was not correct even though their computer system said it was. The manager worked on getting the correct part ordered in and we are grateful that they did not give up looking for the correct part for our truck. It is a busy store but such a pleasant place to do business.
