we called about getting our tank filled. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to show up. Once they did arrive, a part needed to be fixed and was suppose to return the next day, which they did not show and my husband was told they would return around 12.They are polite, but still was upset about the process

I was originally with suburban propane and they Unhooked my service line and locked my tank because they forgot to get me to sign a contract when they delivered my tank. They then tried to get me to sign when I called to get more propane and they wanted to charge me 4.39 a gallon. I would not sign it so they came out while I was at work and locked my tank up while I still had 250 gallons of propane in it that I had already paid for. One call to chuck and he came out that evening on his own time 7 pm to talk to me and brought me a tank first thing the next morning. Got me hooked up and got all of my propane out of suburbans tank. They earned a customer for life with me. Great bunch of guys.

My family was been with Sayle for years now and I have no complaints . When bad weather is in the forecast they come whenever to make sure their customers don't go without heat . Recently we had the gauge get stuck and reading 50% and about 2 days later I noticed the low gas smell and went out and checked . I tapped the needle and it went all the way down to almost nothing! We called Sayle and before my wife could get off the phone good the truck was backing down the driveway . Even with the gas prices everywhere going up I don't mind when a business actually takes care of there customers .

2/17/21 Ice on the roads sleet and snow coming down I checked my tank and had 25% left in it I texted my delivery guy Chad Massey. To see if I needed some to get though the next record cold days with in 30 mins he was at my house filling up my tank the highway I live on was real bad and would not want anyone to come out if not needed. It probably could of waited be he would not chance it. That’s great customer service. 5star all the way
