“So I left my merchandise I paid for and live in different town. Once I realized I left it I was home. So I gave them a call and 4 hours later still no answer. Clearly their phone works because I saw them on the store phone prior to checking out. Very unprofessional not to pick up the phone that you have right next to you. And yes it was on the counter at the checkout before someone comes at me. Frustrated ?”

“I'm very fortunate to live nearby The B.T.C. Old-Fashioned Grocery! They have a delicious selection of locally sourced groceries along with pantry staples and gourmet items. Definitely treat yourself to lunch at the cafe. The menu changes frequently and seasonally, but the legendary fries are always available! The staff is extremely kind. They can give you suggestions, offer friendly banter and even help you load your groceries into your vehicle. I'm always happy on BTC days (Wed-Sat)!”
