The owner of this business is the rudest individual I have ever come in contact with in my life I would never ever recommend doing business with this company. I took my 16 year old son there to get a door for his old truck and the Owner cursed him out and told him if he was not going to buy the door get off his property very very bad customer service, and business ethics

Not sure what climbed up him, but Kenneth is a complete and total A hole. Before I could even speak he was rude,yelling, telling me he doesn't text only call, acted like he wanted me to hurry up but he wouldn't get to the point himself. Then as soon as I told him I had one more car to look at before I could finish my sentence he hung up on me. He lost a $3750 sale for being a rude guy.

Tried calling in for a subframe part, even asked if they had some cars in the yard that had the part I was looking for. Said they had no idea what I was talking about. I wouldn't trust this business for anything.

Should delete the family name off of the business when the kids inherit it, hopefully soon. The Settlemires' name is now trash thanks to this guy. What a disgrace. This is truly a tortured soul to speak to good faithed patrons like what I just heard from him on the phone. I call on Jesus Christ to stay my hands and guide my thoughts towards feelings of mercy and forgiveness. This guy is clearly looking for trouble so let's pray he finds only peace in Christ as a servant of the most high God asap, before he ends up running that mouth to the wrong type folks.

Would give zero stars if could very bad service very rude called about a tailgate and he said come up here and we will make a deal so I drove 50 mins just to get there and him said what u need I said I called about a tailgate he said these are all I have and it's $200 and got mad when I said I'm not paying that for a used tailgate that isn't even the same color that I can order 1 on Amazon for 111 that was new and primered ready to paint he said when some1 comes in here and says anything about Amazon I tell them to go ahead and leave that yall will learn about Amazon

I called and asked about a part and was told that I’d have to drive 10 miles in order to even find out it the part was there. Upon entering I saw no one so I called and asked his where all he said was in the office, which means he sat there behind the glass and watched me look for him. Then he invites me and my son into the office and rudely tells us to close the door and don’t freeze him. After I asked about the part he tells me he doesn’t have it there and said he instructed me to bring the car which makes no sense. Either you have it or you don’t. The most racist person I’ve run across period!!!!
