CSA crew always helpful, kind and quick! For future reviewers please keep in mind this is an EXPRESS facility NOT ground and the delivery drivers don't have a say about where they deliver 1st, 2nd, etc. They get a print out from CORPORATE for how their route will go that day. If any driver has to pick any packages up they have to be back by 6pm (even if they still have packages on the truck) so they can put those outbounds on the big truck to be sent out. 90%+ of the deliveries for that day will more than likely be delivered.

It is 9pm on a Monday. My package has been out for delivery since Saturday at 8am. The web sight said to contact customer service, which I did around 10am. The agent stated that she talked to Christy at the delivery center in Gulport and the package would be delivered by 9pm today. Called a 9pm since no package yet and was told that the package was not on the truck and all they could give me was a incident number. I just hung up. Be very careful in trusting what FedEx tells you. Either they are very disorganized, untrained or simply do not care.

My house burned down. My wife's phone was in it. We had just lost everything. Staying with family. On Monday AT&T sent a replacement they PAID EXTRA for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. It's Friday, still no phone. We have spent days on the phone with fedex customer service, only to have them lie to us. They promise it will be here today, it's on the truck. Tracking says out for delivery. Every evening when it's still not here, they blame it on circumstances beyond their control. What circumstances, no hurricane no tornado, no flooding, it was sunny most of the week and the rain we did have was scattered showers. Again we know it's in gulfport. It's not stuck in a state with issues we are unaware of. How is it even legal to accept money for a premium service, and not provide the service you paid for. They have thus far failed to provide even standard service. It is impossible to get a number for your local hub. Customer service isn't even located in the US, and they really don't seem to care. The post office is your best option.

I went into the fedEx business under the assumption that they would print their label off my phone to ship my letter off! I was turned away!! The agent for FedEx stated that this location would be able to print my label for means ship! I wasted $30 bucks on Uber to their many locations only to get the run around. I am pissed!!! Highly irritated because not only did I wait for his sorry a** service, I never did receive it!! I normally don't use FedEx! The label was sent to me via email and I don't have a printer, as I stated the agent said this location could print for me. He did not!! Horrible service!! Fire them and hire people who actually want to work for your business! Not lazy a** people! I hate I even have to leave a star. Not even worth it.(the not so helpful man was white, 5'9 maybe, glasses, slim and not helpful.

I was waiting to pick up a package and employee by the name of Helen (older lady) was being extremely rude to all customers, throwing packages around, slamming doors, using vulgar language towards the customers, throwing uncontrolled outburst of anger and frustration, typically what's expected from a young child. She is the prime example of a horrible employee. I have picked up packages from other Fedex locations and I have never experienced such treatment towards customers. If you see her run for the hills!

I am tired of Fed Ex leaving packages at my house without letting me know it is here, either knocking or ringing the door bell.

Abismal customer service. Linda was apparently too busy on her phone texting a friend to help the one and only cashier helping the line of customers out the door.
