“I was in there during a confrontation between an employee and a customer. I must say it is hard to find employees this professional anymore. The gentleman behind the desk continued to do his job and handle customers while he was being cussed at and berated. The woman got on the phone and proceeded to make multiple calls trying to people demanding to speak to a manager and asking for a corporate number. She even called a coworker of his to complain about his "nonchalant attitude" the whole time he kept a straight face, remained professional and got all the other customers taken care of.”

“Very quick and easy. Perfect storage for us to acquire last minute. I can’t remember the young lady’s name that helped us set it up over the phone, but she was super nice and got us all setup in less than 20 minutes. Storage didn’t have a weird smell. It was clean and the lock on the storage unit was very easy to take off and put on. We ran into a little trouble with the access code for the gate but our customer service rep stayed on the phone until we got it worked out. Highly recommend.”
