Took them 5 hours to load me , they were all on the phone joking and cussing . if your getting loaded here mighy as well attend a church sermon fr , they equally take the same amount of time !

Arrived at 11:45 for a noon appointment. They were at lunch till noon. Got a door at noon… hand load as everyone mentioned.. out the gate with paper work and a 4600lb load at 2:39.

Appointment at 0800. Checked in at 0745. Loaded and on the road at 0900. Yes, it is a hand load operation. Show up at Appointment time and product should be ready. It is manufactured there, so if you come early, you could be sitting for awhile.Plenty of space to maneuver and back in.

I guess the people in the office think you’re beneath them lol, but overall the ladies mug you they are rude as hell. Not a good look on you ladies! ?? Bless their hearts

Floor loading that's why loading is more than 2 hours but they're loading nonstop good job they are faster than many other facilities

This company has bad management and is unprofessional due to me going their orientation which is not the first day of work ! I showed up late and u can't be held accountable because i wasn't on a time clock. I showed up for the orientation and the orientation was not in process at that time which I still caught it .They still determined my assignment due to their lack of management and unprofessional skills don't waste your time or gas with thisCompany ! Orientation is not the first day of work!!

This is a good place to pick up.I had no problems with them.They floor load the loads so it is going to take some time.So give yourself some time to get loaded here?

Don’t come early. Four hours and counting in a dock to load a trailer. Informed my company that this will be my last time here.

I'm a owner operator and this place will not load you until your time. Don't show up early. Shipping guy will not get you loaded faster.Broker said loads ready to be picked up.

I call them around 8:30am and ask them was my load READY...;guy said in an hour; I said ok I see you in around 9:30am(yes I had and appointment time at noon)...why am I still sitting here at 2:00pm..5hr later pass and 2hr pass appointment time..still waiting on them....oh don't forget we are a Manufactory company...WHAT THAT GOT DO WITH THE PRICE OF TEA IN CHINA...LOAD THE TRUCK

Got here 5 hrs early for a live load. 2 and half hours later I'm loaded and headed down the road. Good place friendly people. Only 4 stars because it took them 45 minutes to get my bills ready.
