Very quick and easy. Perfect storage for us to acquire last minute. I can’t remember the young lady’s name that helped us set it up over the phone, but she was super nice and got us all setup in less than 20 minutes. Storage didn’t have a weird smell. It was clean and the lock on the storage unit was very easy to take off and put on. We ran into a little trouble with the access code for the gate but our customer service rep stayed on the phone until we got it worked out. Highly recommend.

We rented a spot here (11 x 30) for our rv and when we got there we put in the 2 digit code they gave us and it didn’t work so I called and confirmed the code they gave me the same code that still didn’t work so I called again and they gave a different code (6 digits) and we finally got it. They told us our parking spot but upon looking all over the lot there were no markings as to where we were supposed to park so we called and we couldn’t barely understand her but what we could understand didn’t make sense. She told us to park in a spot that was MAYBE 11 x 15. There’s no way we could park where she told us to park. It’s very disorganized and I don’t recommended storing anything here.
