My son had an android and wanted an iphone, so I bought him one for his birthday online. However, when we tried to activate it at home it just wouldn't work. I went into the Verizon store and as always Asinia hooked us up. What was so impressive about this trip was the fact that there were only 2 workers in the store but 7 customers. Asinia and the other worker did a very good job of multitasking by working with up tone customers at a time. By the time I left, only 2 of the original customers who were there during my visit remained in the store. The customer service is always spot on, and they always help me resolve my problem.

This store is large enough to have items in stock but small enough that you don't (usually) have to wait.

I have had nothing but good experiences working with the staff at the Verizon Wireless store in Vicksburg. I bought a phone in December 2021 and the salesperson was great ? Very patient and knowledgeable of the phones and discounts. I had a different salesperson yesterday to buy my son a phone on my account. Same great service! I highly recommend this place.

This place has the best customer service! They were patient and helpful when I bought my phone in December 2021. I had a different sales person yesterday when I bought another line for my son yesterday. They always try to get us as many discounts as possible. Great customer service. I'll happily add another line in the future from Verizon Wireless in Vicksburg

The big black man was very rude would not listen and cut us off when we tried to explain the issue ! I would never recommend this location to anyone !

Our sales representative went above and beyond to help us get our new phone. He even stayed an hour past closing to make sure we were happy and everything was right. Thank you Mr Adams at the Vicksburg. MS location.
