POOR MANAGEMENT & SEWER PROBLEM. They will turn the water off without any notice. This is the 5 apartment manager in 3 years. Amanda sits in the office and locks her door on the 2nd and 3rd of every month so we have to pay a late fee. The Marijuana smell is unbearable 4 of my neighbors moved. Amanda keeps your pet deposit and informs the other tenants if they were turned in by their neighbors so they can turn on each other. That's why the cops are called most of the time. It's getting very dangerous out here. They hired an Embezzling Puppet Master with tattooed lipstick.

My heater went out January 16, 2024. The maintenance man came out and got the heater working, but the next morning it went right back out, called the office around 8 some , so we get maintenance back out here again and still no accomplish. He went bought something for 300 plus dollars and it still didn’t work, so I been asking property manager Amanda Hall what are we suppose to do freeze? She said they couldn’t buy no heaters because she don’t have a card to buy the appliances and so on.. she too busy worried about how long maintenance been here instead of coming with a solution to get us some eat, so I asked if I buy it out my money are they gone reimburse me? Her response were no! It suppose to get down to 11 degrees tonight and nobody trying to find a resolution about getting us some heat. I asked her was it anybody over her that I can talk to she stated no! Everything I asked this lady the answer is no ! She don’t listen to nothing you have to say, she always cutting you off while you talking, and always act like she don’t know when we have proof of the calls and conversations! We pay 1200 a month for the heat to not be working! This the worst property manager anyone could have. I have 4 kids 2 under 5 and no heat and nobody trying to find a way, I guess cause they at all home with they family under the heat! They really don’t care about you if you not white!

I gave my 30 day pet deposit notice August 9, 2023 for my 2 pups. It's October, and I have yet to receive my deposit refund.I have been calling. I have even taken the time out of my day to go in to the office and speak with the office manager, but to no avail.I am disappointed. I want my money.

Welcome to the up and coming hood. This used to be an okay place to live. Now all you come home to is loud music and the smell of bbq and weed together. ???

Nice well maintained apartments, GREAT property manager. She is very sweet and understanding, as well as great to talk to about any problems or concerns. If you’re looking for nice and affordable apartments in the area, these are a great option :-)

Used to love living here been living out here since 2002 but when you have a had a few bumps in the road financially they are not understanding wanna be rude to you unless you are the color of milk than you not gone be treated fairly!!
