“Never have any issues when I visit ANY of the Walgreens but after yesterday I wanted to make sure I left a review. I spent hours at ER and after leaving I was exhausted. I phone the pharmacy thinking I could just call in a perscription, but really if its not a refill it has to physically come to their location. I obliged. I spoke with a nice PT who helped me, put all my info in the system, informed me of the price beforehand which was fine, and even went a few steps further walking me through SMS notifications and APP notifications how to get all that activated etc. Really really lovely girl. I told her I would come back to pick up the perscription and went home. Laid down for about 30 minutes then got the notification that it was ready! As I went back to the pharmacy with my card ready, she states that another PT was able to get my price lowered AND BY HALF! When I made it home I saw the PT left a sweet message about this accompanied with a smiley face. Really just made my heart smile to see it after having such a taxing day at the hospital. Thank you to Walgreens, and thank you to the Pharmacy department for really going way above and beyond to provide such excellent service. Its people like this in healthcare that make ailments that much easier to deal with. Godbless.”
“Tristan is the best ! I asked my primary physician to start sending my prescription to Walmart. In the process a miscommunication happened with the insurance company and my previous pharmacy . I called Walmart to check on my prescription , the person who answered the phone informed me that I had to correct the situation. I wasn't feeling well and fell asleep, when I woke up I called Tristan answered , I then began to fill her in on everything that had happened .Tristan said ma'am I understand and she then took care of the situation. I got my medicine in 30 minutes. Tristan understood the importance of my medication . I want to thank her for providing outstanding customer service once again thanks Tristan!”
“This CVS is very clean and the staff are really friendly. We always get help by the staff if we can’t find anything. The Pharmacist is very helpful. I am very grateful we have a nice pharmacy to get our medication from. They also have lots of discounts and coupons we get to use while shopping.”
