“Yesterday We had the privilege of speaking with Brian from the Vicksburg store. We had spoke to him previously about Internet and then we made the decision to go with it. I Call the store he called us back. He worked with us and made the experience so easy he even called this morning after we received a message saying something was wrong with The wiring for the Internet was messed up on AT&T side, not our side and he wanted to make sure he called and That we got the message and I feel that as a buyer from AT&T, which I have had my phone number since before 1998. He had the best manners. he is a professional he needs to be kept with your company. He needs to be the manager of a store in my book. This young man is on his game so respectful so sweet and I just want to give him a 150% review also I called the store spoke with the store manager and she was as sweet and just, just the store in general in Vicksburg is top notch. I will drive to Vicksburg any day for phone service Internet service any other kind of service because were we live we don’t get that type of service the whole process was so easy 150 applause Brian Hellums is top-notch don’t let this one get away”
