One of the worst Loves I've been to. Pump card reader at diesel island didn't work. Fuel island dirty. Restrooms were filthy; dirty floors and toilets, toilet paper and trash all over the floors and half of the stalls were out of toilet paper. Lots of stuff out of stock in the convenience store and no hot foods available on the racks. At the Arby's, the workers were behind the counter talking nonstop and standing in a position behind the make-line that made it so they could ignore if there were any customers in line and it was hard for us to see them too. Had to walk over and peek over the counter to get their attention to order. They also had out of stock items on their menu.

Fuel pumps are dirty with squeegees with no sponge in at least 4 of them called shop to have some work done I was told they had no mechanics on duty but bumped to into the mechanic in the store . Loves use to be a preferred planned stop for me I'm marking this one off my list I hope coperate makes a surprise visit to see what type of shape this store is in

Love's is a great place to safely park overnight when you're too tired to drive. This one happens to have RV hook-ups. That would be such an excellent concept for Walmarts that are near interstates. We have never stayed overnight at a Love's that the service wasn't great. Everyone, everything has been kind and helpful.

Exit 15 off I20 West in MS.
Bathrooms were dirty. No coffee. Every pot was EMPTY! Paid cash for water and grapes and they had no change. NO CHANGE! The cashier was just like "oh well" and proceeded to give me an attitude when I questioned it.
I never had this problem at a Loves before. The issues are obviously employee related. Shame.

The mechanic shop is worse ever the workers just sitting and ignoring waiting for my oil change for 17 hours now and ask me to come to bay and waited there for 30 minutes for someone to come and assist me in worse workshop ever I came across

Awful the even shift female manager needs to be demoted!! I went into the bathroom it was a line because the stalls was so nasty that people wasn’t using certain ones… the attendants was just standing against the wall on the phone., I went and told the manager that the bath room had poop pee everywhere while the attendants just all stood there she ran in the bathroom but didn’t make them clean it instead she went to report what I had said. Then they came out to confront me and complained about having to clean it up the ghetto evening girls are so trashy nasty and unprofessional
