I went to the pickup window to get prescriptions that my doctor had called in, and the person giving that service did not have their glasses with them; therefore couldn't read my driver's license. When I asked for the manager after she was rude, she said that she was the manager. My question is this, how can you expect to do your job efficiently if YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR GLASSES, BUT 90% (or more) of your job requires READING???? I usually get great service there, but not today!!!!

This is the hardest place to get a human on the phone I have ever seen. At times I do not want to get a recorded message but to actually be able to talk to someone about my prescription. Once you get through to someone they are very nice and helpful but getting there is sometimes impossible and others may take several tries to get past the recorded message which is usually a waste of time.

This CVS is very clean and the staff are really friendly. We always get help by the staff if we can’t find anything. The Pharmacist is very helpful. I am very grateful we have a nice pharmacy to get our medication from. They also have lots of discounts and coupons we get to use while shopping.

CVS is great. They always have what I need. I just wish they would give better discounts. You end up spending more money than you planned just to save a few dollars.

Rather than close the pharmacy and inconveniencing paying customers, how about this: hiring some folks to fill in during lunch time??????????????????

I am a long-time customer of CVS and I am in shock at the experience I had a couple of days ago. I'm not sure if it was a pharmacist or tech I spoke with, but it was a man with an accent (maybe African) and he demanded to know why I am on two different medications (one of which he was incorrectly referring to as a certain class of medicine that it is absolutely not, so that was concerning in itself that someone working in a pharmacy does not know something as simple as that), and he also proceeded to YELL LOUDLY at me after he told me my insurance interface was down. I had asked if he would be able to help or if I should call back later, and he basically screamed at me that he is trying to help me, yelled more about my medications (that I have been taking for well over a decade and never had a problem with before) and he eventually hung the phone on me. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and arrogance from this man, especially questioning me about medicine I am prescribed and subsequently yelling at the top of his lungs at me. It is not his business to ask me personal details about my medicine, he is not a doctor. I was nothing but polite and courteous; why would I be anything else? Especially since I am trying to get medications filled that I get sick without. CVS, this man needs to be relieved of his duties, I'm sure I'm not the first to complain about him, and I very much doubt you want something like this in your store.

I would be VERY careful trusting this pharmacy. They refused to give me my meds saying there was an issue with my insurance. So I call my insurance company and nothing was wrong with my insurance at all. I was also being charged for the medicine I was getting when I actually wasn’t suppose to be charged at all prior to this. There’s someone new over the pharmacy department and they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I switched my meds over a new pharmacy, it took them 6 hours to send my stuff over, and there is no issue with my insurance at all like CVS claimed. And my medication is $0 like it should be at the new pharmacy. This unnecessary situation put a big hold on medication I need for a chronic condition I have. Never again. Not to mention I was paying $5-15 for medication that was suppose to be free…

Terrible. Very rude and the pharmacy is not helpful. Tried to ask questions after waiting 20 mins and was told to come back later. Was never explained anything regarding the medication. Terrible place to get help. Go somewhere else!

The staff here are friendly efficient. The pharmacist is polite and maintains an upbeat personality, kind and patient, even amidst a very busy environment, with some disgruntled customers who are not understanding. This is Laura Barnett`s review, on my daughter`s Google account.

Wonderful Pharmacy StaffCVS has one of the nicest pharmacy staffs I have ever encountered. They do their best, quite often with a short staff, to take care of their customers.
