This is by far the worst Firestone I have ever been to. Their customer service is terrible, rude, and unapologetic when making a mistake they make it sound like it's your fault. I am a CC holder and this is the closest Firestone to my house and the next closest one is over an hour away and at this point I am more willing to drive that hour to get better service from the one in Madison. This most recent visit was the last straw for me. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, balance and alignment. The oil change is the only thing that was performed. They refused to rotate the tires due to unseen damage on the inside of the tire. (Understandable) but THEN they tried to tell me they refused to rotate them because my control rods arms and tie rod ends were in terrible shape. They quoted me for $1600 to get those replaced, now I'm not a car guy but that sounded ridiculous even to me. I took it to my mechanic and he quoted that same job at $600 including parts. Then I finally got the mechanic to get it up on the lift and look and he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with them! Not only did this Firestone try to price gouge me they lied about the condition of said components. This was the final straw and I will never go back. Stay away.

Don't walk, run. My wife and daughter brought her car here when a tire had blown out from a road hazard. They tried to get them to change all four tires with a story that the others were under 3/32s depth. Funny thing, we moved from the north and had just had our winter tires replaced with summer and had been told by a reliable dealership less than a month before that we had plenty of tread. Stated this to the person trying to upsell us and the rep said, 'Oh, I have not looked at the car personally, let me go check.'. On the check, all was well...imagine that. Took the car to a dealership--Blackburn's Nissan--and they said we had 6, 7, and 8 / 32nds on the tires Firestone wanted us to change. My only wonder is why I am not reporting this Firestone to the Attorney General. I'll just assume they may have been confused or something. But as I said, don't walk, run AWAY from this place.

Waited 4 hours and on top of that was told that a piece from my car just suddenly went missing within in the time period that they were fixing it and the only reason that I give them one star is because they reimbursed the piece but we checked the entire shop and the small bright piece was nowhere to be found. The fact that the customized addition was locked it very well that it can within intense braking and highway speeds but not just standing in place inside the car baffles me. More than likely something fishy happened.

My experience was 100% positive. While driving thru MS, I ran over an object on the road that damaged the plastic splash shield under my car, causing it to drag on the road. They helped me remove it until it can be replaced. Got me back on the road in less than an hour. Very courteous to me.

I did not have the same problems as previous reviewers. Our service advisor, Neil, was very professional and courteous. Andre performed our repair (a/c compressor) and it was done right the first time. This was very important since we were heading west to the desert and needed the air conditioning! Thanks!

If I could give a negative star I would. We are traveling and in the middle of the night our van stopped running. We were able to find a very kind man who assisted us in getting our car to Firestone in Vicksburg Mississippi. The Firestone mechanic said it was the alternator and battery to the tone of over $800. Something did not set right in my mind so my husband walked to a mechanic that was behind Firestone. He came and got us. Tested everything (same as Firestone). It turned out to only be the battery. Do not trust this Firestone Shop! Stay far away!!!!
