They seriously need help! in all the years I have had mail delivered in various places I lived this is 10 times the worst

Seriously.... even left a sign at mailbox saying leave packages here please since usps refuses to deliver to the house . Parts for my car I needed to get to work Monday and the office is closed all weekend.
