had a tail light torn off by a local car wash~ they ordered it & did the install in no time.. very professional price was inline I believe with competitors ~ if I have work I need done in future I will seek them again

I was told by state farm to go and get an estimate here. I was hit by a customer of state farm. The person doing the estimate didn't care. I had to show him things he missed. If the other insurance company tells you to get an estimate here, I would not recommend it.

We do not recommend this body shop they were suppose to replace 2 doors om our truck which they did but replaced them with rusted doors didn't even try to knock the rust off of them just painted over the bubbled rust. Also hit something with our bumper now can't turn the truck like normal because tire hits bumper they are denying it but I have before pictures that prove it was damaged in there possession. Emblem was not put on door finally picked up emblem and it's 2 different colors they don't care they reviewed over 2,000 from ins and all we got was rusted doors that were not lined up properly bumper messed up we are so unhappy was told this place was the best it is a scam and the owner and his wife are very rude 25 years of business and they put rusted doors on a vehicle that had zero rust on them. Please do yoir research we took this truck back to them twice and it looks horrible.

Our truck was sent there to get 2 doors replaced they had the truck for roughly a week and half we get a call to pick truck up and it looks horrible also something happened to the bumper seemed they hit something maybe while moving it around they put rusted doors on it and just painted over them it looked horrible also didn't put our emblem back on door also door didn't shut right hubby took it back for a second time to correct the issues and pick it up worse looking we are devastated about the whole thing I have literally cried an hour im so upset about it wish we never would of let them touch it the truck will never be the same again.. do not recommend anyone using them I guess if you have a known name in vancleave or one of their friends they will do a good job but if your a nobody theu see a quick buck!

I had called about repainting a bumper, dropped my bumper off for them to see what they needed to install it before I dropped the car off that Friday, they told me it was warped. (I bought it an it needed to be left out to unfold or have a heat gun or something used to unfold it)I asked them to get me an estimate on it for them to buy a bumper and they never called back days, weeks and months later( still has the bumper ). I brought another car to them to get the paint code so they could paint my mirror I was told I’d be called the next morning for an estimate because the man was busy….a month or so later no response.My entire family will be bringing our business else where.

I have a 2003 ford f150 When my grandfather had the truck the side of the bed was damaged and we brought it to these guys to be fixed. The quality of the work was absolute GARBAGE the tailgate has never shut right since and the whole side of the bed is still out of line. I do not recomend these guysService: Body & Trim

They had my car since April 4, 2021. I tried to pick it up once and the car looked awful. I left it. They called me a week ago and said it was ready again. I picked it up a few days later and drove it home. I had to take it to my mechanic this morning for him to make repairs. The skid guard was not attached properly and in parts it’s missing. I called them Friday and left a message and no one called me . At 11 I called them back and he kept interrupting me and then accused me of interrupting him then hung up on me. Told me they never looked under the car for damage. My car had $15,000 in damage to it and they never looked under the car or drove the car to make sure it was fixed completely before giving it back a second time. They should not have accepted the job if they couldn’t perform the work they were hired to do.Service: Body & Trim

My mother brought in a car to have repaired after a horribly emotional car accident and they have failed to fix it despite charging the insurance company about $15,000 to do so. Literally told her that they “didn’t check under the car” to determine if it needed repairs (turns out it did). Then, when she called horribly upset about what is verging in insurance fraud, they played the classic “she’s a hysterical woman” card and hung up on her for demanding they actually do their job.I would give zero stars if possible. Unbelievable.
