This daycare allows anyone “because they know them personally” to bring clothes and food to a child without the parents permission. It’s been mentioned several times that my child has sensitive skin and eczema and they allowed someone to bring my child a birthday shirt THAT broke his skin out. They ask like it no big deal at all because they are family oriented and they know that person personally. After the fact that’s it’s all settled They bring it back up several days later to make a huge stink about it AGAIN in front of ALL THE OTHER CHILDREN. Several staff members and the owner had me cornered up confronting me about the situation and how I was over reacting about everything. After that I decided that I was going to take both my kids out of the facility and I give them only a one week notice which they said was fine. We signed off on it and all. I go up there today to get my kids belonging and they refuse to release their mats, diapers, wipes, and food because I have to pay for another 2 weeks worth of child care. When my children will not even be there due to their lack of responsibility. Absolutely furious.
