This place is a joke and I would like to know how much the people speaking about how lovely it and the people are got paid to speak such propaganda. These people are nothing more than glorified thieves and do it under the name of a business so they can pretend they are better than that. I as a single mother fell on hard times and had no choice other than to place mine and my children’s things into a storage unit temporarily until we found someone to move to. As I am in the midst of moving my belongings out of the unit, I was locked out of the unit. I made attempt after attempt to contact the facility regarding this situation. I called time and time again, left voicemails, sent messages, and never got a call back or a response of any kind from anybody. Maybe you could ask the people that sold the only clothes that I had and the memorabilia of my children if I could at least have those things back and they can have the tv and the other odd and end things that you stole from me and sold to someone else instead of responding to my attempts to finish getting my things from your facility. If the person who just so happens to have my things see this you can feel free to email me or I’m sure there is personal information among my property as I will pay you if I can just have those things back. My clothing was in there due to the living situation that we were in only allowed me to take a handful of my clothes with me and I chose to take my work clothes with me so I could continue to work 80 hours a week trying to make ends meets.

Online billing and payment is easy and efficient. Climate control has been perfect for us this past yr. The location is also east to get in and out of.

It is easy to reserve a unit. They offer autopay which is very convenient. And they are currently working on upgrades and expanding. I would work with them again in the future if needed.

Purchased a unit in September and by December everything in our unit was covered in mold. The insurance won’t cover it so we lost everything in it and there isn’t anything we can do.

They put you on hold then you wait and ask you to leave a message. They never call back. I want to speak to a person. Sad to have such nice units that you can’t rent.
