Not sure why it took me so long to connect with this shop, but glad I finally did. The owner greeted me, showed me around and introduced me to the front desk receptionist who took care of me till the finish line. Professional, honest,
knowledgeable, courteous and priced very well. They even sent me a complete diagnostic report of my vehicle before I picked it up. This business is a rare gem. I will be bringing them all of my vehicles going forward.

Excellent service. I took my car in at 3:45 in the afternoon. It could have been several different issues that could have cost me a chunk of change. I barely made it back to the house good when they called and had it ready. They had it fixed and it was the least expensive fix I could have hoped for. Definitely recommended.

I will take my vehicles to Cole's for everything. They are the best. Knowledgeable and hard working mechanics who methodically take all the steps necessary to ensure that the work is done perfectly, accompanied by great customer service up front and the fairest pricing you will find anywhere. It is absolutely refreshing to have people who are both great at their job and care about their customers enough to ensure the job is done right. I am remarkably picky and when I asked for an alignment on my track car with many aftermarket parts and adjustments, Wes took the time to discuss exactly what I was after, to what specifications, and completed the work perfectly in only a couple hours. Everything they do is aimed at giving the customer the best experience and most reliable work, from complementary multi point inspections to post work reports showing exactly what was performed and how. I am very happy that shops like this are still around and will support this local, family owned business before any other chain or dealership. Awesome shop and a great family ran business! I always work on my own vehicles but when I need tires mounted or brake rotors resurfaced, they are my go to shop when I need a shop to go to!

In one word... AMAZING! Not only did they get us back on the road quickly....while we were there, they were attentive to our needs....directing us to restrooms and a place to eat. It was as if they were caring for a family member. We left with hugs and prayer!Services: General repairs & maintenance

My son, who does not live in the area, had engine trouble on the highway while visiting recently. He had his car towed to Cole's and they have been incredibly helpful and kind in an otherwise stressful situation. They were thorough in their diagnostic, helped us make decisions on what to do, and were so pleasant to work with even though we are many states away. My family has used cole’s since the early 90’s , they have always done great work with great customer service. Recently my daughters car broke down , coles said it needed a new engine. In the process of trying to order one , they discovered the engine was recalled. Instead of ordering the engine and possibly costing me $7000 or higher , they called and told me to take in to the dealership and they would do it at no cost!! Wow , most places would not even consider it. This speak volumes to their integrity , how they value their customers, and reputation!!

This was the most positive experience I’ve ever had taking my car in to have it checked out and for an oil change. The front office is full of kind and considerate ladies that go out of their way to help solve your car need problems. This is so convenient for me but I can tell you if I move back to D’Iberville I will still be driving here for my maintenance and repairs. After a bad experience with another shop in Vancleave, I thought I would try Cole's. First, I had a Suburban in which the power steering was whining. I took it to them, told them what the problem was, and left it. A day or two later, Deana called me back and told me about a whole slew of problems that were all power steering related. Good deal, fix it. They called me several days later to say it was fixed.So, I brought them another Suburban I have in which the A/C was not cooling and that was having a hard time starting. I switched vehicles with them, then we went on vacation the next day. AS SOON as I started driving the first Suburban again, the power steering started whining. Well, we were driving out of town, so I couldn't do anything about it then. Meanwhile, Deana calls me and tells me the second Suburban is, "ready for you to come get it."When we returned to town, I went to switch vehicles since the first vehicle still needed a little more work. BUT, Deanna tells me the A/C was NOT fixed in the second vehicle, but that she needed me to drive it so they could find the leak. I had left it with them for more than a week, and she had called me a few days prior. They COULD and SHOULD have taken that time to find and fix the problem. Deana tells me, "Drive it about 50 miles, bring it back, and we'll get you fixed up in about 15 to 20 minutes." I accept this, still wanting to give them a chance. I left the first Suburban with them, not mentioning the power steering still whining because I was a little beside myself about the A/C.So, the next day, I load my mom and daughter into Suburban #2, start driving, and the A/C almost immediately stops blowing cold air. We're obviously pretty hot about this (pun intended), and I call Cole's, but they're closed on Saturday. I understand that, but I'm frustrated.Monday, I call to tell them the freon has all been expelled, and Deana sets me a time to come DO ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC. She will not, in fact, have me "fixed up in about 15 to 20 minutes." They have to run another diagnostic and possibly order parts, costing me even more money.I explained to Deana how unacceptable this was, that she turned me out in a vehicle that, for all intents and purposes, did not have air conditioning, and that I was misled, even if it was unintentional. She apologized, I think genuinely, but said that there was nothing they could do. In the end, she told me that was what they've always done. Their normal modus operandi is to turn customers out to do their own diagnostic.I'm extremely disappointed, and I will not be doing business with these folks again.

Great work that is guaranteed. Honest to goodness great service with integrity. Plus they actually communicate with you. I will bring my vehicles from Hattiesburg whenever possible!!!
