Took my truck in to have lift installed and received my truck back in the same day. The did an awesome job with the lift and installing tires. Truck rides and drives better than it did stock. Communication was great and staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

Once again George and his team came through for me! I was in desperate need of 4 trailer tires for a last minute Gulf Shores camping trip. I called the shop and the tires were installed the next day! Whether it's my 4x4s, ATVs or trailers, it's always a pleasure dealing with All Jacked Up in Latimer.

Work experience of my life! Unprofessional, rude, never answer calls! Took my sons truck for a new motor! Before it was over and after having to chase them down to for result's, We thankfully escaped the ordeal! Many Failed promises! And Not the best job either! Had to take it somewhere else after having it tied up with them for weeks!!!!!!! Finding a mechanic whose honest and dependable to tell the truth and not find work thats unneeded is so hard! I will never use this place again! A nightmare is putting it lightly!
When they say theyll have it by a certain time, dont believe it! Then they say oh well??????

Very unprofessional , won’t return calls. I called back,talked to the receptionist, and gave my information about my car she tried to relay the information to the mechanic she indicated that he just walked away, I will take my business elsewhere

My husband took his 2014 GMC Sierra here to replace the ball joints a little over 1 year ago. We took the truck to a local shop today to have two tires replaced and the tech told us those same ball joints need to be replaced again due to wear being they were not greased during install and showed my husband. Paid a little over $1800 to have this done. Now have to pay again to have it redone due to carelessness.

I had a wreck and completely blew out my tire late yesterday and called every shop I knew nearby. No one could get me in until Monday. Jamye and George were happy to go out of their way to get me the tire I needed and put it on for me today. I was in and out with my service completed in less than 15 minutes. He also found another issue that needed fixing and made sure my warranty covered it first before we got setup to fix it. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and respectful of my time. Love the Mitchells and will be a forever customer now!!
