Why can I not get a number to the local post office ! I work during the day and cannot reach the front desk. I am trying to avoid a package being returned because the P.O. box it is being delivered to is no longer set up!

I am somewhat new to the area but the past 8 months have been insane! I promise I get more mail for ppl who do not live in my home than I do of my own mail! I get mail for about 5 ppl who I assume use to live here and have put Return to sender wrong address, no longer lives here, etc. Still getting mail! Also get my neighbors mail all the time and others in the surrounding part of my neighborhood! However just talked to the one in charge and she was really nice and helpful so let's see if this gets straightened out! ;)
