HORRIBLE. Don’t even do it to yourself. The worst service I’ve received, their staff is absolutely no help at all. When you finally get past the hours of recordings and get to talk to a rep, you might as well not try and save yourself the trouble. “Customer service” doesn’t exist.The WiFi works when it wants to, but you’ll get the same bill every month.Our wifi decided to randomly quit for good and we have been calling everyday for 3 WEEKS to get it fixed. It’s still not fixed, and we work from home. I’ll never use Xfinity again.

I went in to pick up an upgraded modem which I thought was part of an upgrade I purchased online. I was told I was not getting the upgraded modem so I asked to downgrade back to the plan I had that morning. I was then told that plan was no longer available and that I would have to pay $15/month more for the same plan. When I objected I was told it was my fault for making a change, even though I was not informed I was giving that up.

Tried to remove some boxes from our payment plan that we did not own, the help desk accidently turned off our current boxes which broke our comcast services, it then takes 50 minutes to get back on the phone with them again.

I HAD Xfinity mobile phone service. When I went in to their store for what should have been a very simple process, a very nice gentleman helped me pick a phone, sold me two requested accessories, which I paid for up front. It appeared that the new phone transition was going smoothly. From somewhere out of the back of the store a very snippy and rude young lady came out with a horrible attitude, saying that it would be the next day before my new phone was active! I explained that this was not acceptable in that the phone was my business phone and obviously I could not go out of business for a day, just to change phones. The salesman and I nearly begged and she appeared to be gleefully putting me in such a spot! I insisted that they put my number back on my old outdated, cracked screen phone. I then left my paid for accessories on their counter and walked out, never to return again. I then went to a competing phone store and got a new phone for free with a different company. I now totally avoid Xfinity!!!

Please please DO not do this to yourself! Please do you research before signing up. I have had an awful time with this carrier. The prices go up spontaneously every 5 or 6 months. I literally started at a $45 dollar wifi plan and some how I ended up on a $94 plan. On top of that, the actual customer service line ARE NO HELP. Sadly I am stuck on a contract and will have to cancel sometime next year.

I visited the xfinity to turn in my box bc I switched to Att fiber wifi bc my bill kept going up every month it never stayed the same the same price so I switched to att and I love it bc the price stays the same and it never slows down
