Sadly, the staff can’t figure out how to honor appointments when they make them - poor communication. Very poor experience and would not recommend dealing with the group on Symphony Drive near the mall in Tupelo.

Had a small chip in my windshield went to have it patched.Then turn around 2 days later and the crack has run all the way across my windshield. I told them it didn't even look like they had patched it I was pretty much told it wasn't their problem and that I wasn't getting a refund. Brand new car and now I have to have a new windshield. I do not recommend.

Not only was the staff rude, they left about 1/2 inch of my windows on the driver’s side completely untinted AND they left the trash from stripping the old windshield inside my car. This is my third bad experience at this location in the last 5 years. I will never go back, and I highly recommend you look elsewhere. In my book three strikes YOU’RE OUT!

Guy at the desk was really nice. They let me drop my car off at 4:30 pm Friday and had it ready to go at 10 am the next day! Windshield looks great. Overall great service ?

I was driving from Charleston, South Carolina to Memphis, Tennessee, and a rock hit my windshield just after Birmingham. I stopped in to have the chip repaired. The gentleman who helped me was extremely efficient and kind. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Weathers Auto Supply for any and all services you may need for your vehicle.

I used the Corinth location for my repair. Had a sunroof leak, was originally taking it to be sealed. They told me it couldn't be sealed, thanks to the make of the car, but they ended up being able to completely fix it for a great price. Very friendly staff, great and quick service. Definitely recommend!

I am a businessman and I deal with about 15 different vendors everyday and Weathers on Symphony have the nicest and most reliable people. Was 10 min late and took 15 min more to decide the tint and the guy from the back came and showed me around to make my decision easier. That same guy skipped his hour lunch break and worked on the remaining job for my car to get me out early because I lived 2 hours far. Highly recommend this. People+work=awesome
