Margie the pharmacy tech had a lot of patience with me reviewing the prices of my new medicine. They are very polite here and accurate. When you give your email they even contact you to let you know your order is ready.

Had a prescription sent here from Med Serv. Get up here they don’t have my insurance on file. The woman said she would call Walgreens to get the info so I told her I would be back. 3 hours later no insurance and I got to go to Walgreens tell them to call Walmart to have my prescription sent there because I know they have my insurance info for a fact. Went to the car called Walgreens Pharmacy on the phone he called had it. Sent to Walgreens my prescription was ready when I got there. Not to mention I was steady trying to tell the lady I can’t take NSAID she act like she didn’t know what that was. I had to tell her to ask the pharmacist and they were trying to give it to me anyway. The customer service does not have the knowledge to be working in the pharmacy if their going to be too d*** to ask after a customer informed them. They too slow

Id give pharmacy 0 stars if i could. I understand having to wait on medicine but when u got 2 out 3 cashiers that don't want to put ur insurance card in or savings card. They have no time to answer questions, they are only about getting u out of the line. If u need help, do not use this pharmacy, so lazy.

They cannot understand the simplest of tasks. I told them I had to have name brand and even my notes says it yet they gave me generic again after a two day wait for ordering. I need this medication name brand every day. It's just no concern for them. They all have horrible attitudes but they create the negative work environment they have by not doing their jobs properly at all. It's just a mess.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacists are usually rude and they have messed up every single time that I've been there. I will never be back.

Hospital called in my daughter meds so they would be ready when we arrived. I got there and they weren't ready and all they could find is an old we didn't need. Finally found it and had to wait thirty minutes. Got to pick up and we were missing one. They told me ten minutes and said have a seat. Forty five minutes later I was told I would have to check back tomorrow due to them being out of the very common antibiotic. Called back the next day and was laughed at for telling them it was urgent that we get it. They still did not have it. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Their Pharmacy ALWAYS CLOSES WAY TOO EARLY. The hours clearly say til 9pm & 6pm some days. So why is it at 8:52pm...they're closed or at 5:54pm... CLOSED!! I get off at 5:30pm...work across town so for me to get off work & then rush over there & make it at 5:56pm only to see they are closed....really ticks me off.

I have never had such a difficult time with a pharmacy. Following a doctor's appointment, I came to this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. No big deal. I picked up a few things in store and came back to the pharmacy 30 mins later to grab my prescriptions. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I ended up waiting a full hour, and when I was called to the desk, they had only filled one of the three prescriptions!! There was no counting or cutting of pills required. All they did was slap a label on a bottle, and that took an hour?? They must have been busy, right? Not according to the pharmacy tech, whom I overheard telling a friend that they were not busy at all!! They then informed me that they only had half of the second med and didnt fill it because they weren't sure if I only wanted part of it. I asked them to give me what they had and had to wait another 10 minutes for that. I was also told that insurance would not authorize the third prescription until the following day, but when I went in the next day to pick it up, they said it would actually be the next day! I work at a vet clinic, and we fill prescriptions in 5 minutes, 10 max of there is pill cutting involved, so I know for a fact that it does not take one hour to put a label on a bottle of pills. Oh, and they also seemed to think it would be funny to put on my drug label a passive-aggressive note about how I should call ahead when filling prescriptions, with 3 exclamation points! The med filling needs to be more efficient, and the estimated time quoted to customers for when their meds will be ready should be more accurate. Had I known it would take an hour, i could have gone home and had someone else pick up my meds for me rather than sit in the store feeling horrible and spreading germs to other people there. I will be seeking a new pharmacy soon.
