I went to go get my daughters medicine. I gave the cashier "Princess" my daughters name I also spelled it for her and gave her her birthday. She tried to tell me there was nothing called in or ready for her and nothing had been called in since she had the flu. Which is funny because I had called earlier around 12 and spoke with her and told her it needed to be refilled. So I left and my mom called up there and talked with the pharmacist and she said it was ready and had been ready... well my mom went up there and it was the same cashier "princess"... she told my mom I must of gave her the wrong name or something which is not true because she had sat there and said to me earlier she hadn't had anything called since she had the flu and she had just gotten over it. This is not the first time I've had this happen with her either.

I experienced terrible customer service here over wanting to price check an item, it was the manager and she began to mock me and be rude when I was leaving, even though me and my fiancé were never rude and just wanted a price check. We will not be back.

Would be nice if the African American clerk woulf make as much effort greeting the African American costumers as she does the Caucasian customers. It happens people.

Worst Walgreens I've ever visited. They always double or even triple the wait time quoted, fill prescriptions wrong, and are absolutely rude all the time. I have been here on two days back to back and the same employee, Melody, was very ill with customers both times. Told one lady not to interrupt her and then the next day was telling the customer in front of me in line about another customer that "demanded her photo book be done a specific way and done in front of her" which is why we had to wait. Very unprofessional. I will not be back.
