You won't find better customer service than Trey at this store. The whole staff was very friendly, but Trey took care of everything we needed right then and there. Will be back again for sure!

Total waste of my time. These people sell Verizon products. As for help with your products or service you better look else where. They not only were no help but had a bad attitude about it as well. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Update: This review was for the New Albany,Ms Verison store. I'm not sure how it got placed with your tupelo location. My apologies if i had anything to do with the misunderstanding. I have yet to visit your tupelo store but I look forward to getting the chance to in the near future

The manager Alli Martin is a very rude and unprofessional person. She shouldn’t even be considered a manager with that nasty attitude. I was seeing why my daughter was being charged so much when she just paid a big amount to get the first phone.This manager had the nerve to hang up on me on my daughter phone it shows her level of professionalism as a manager and she didn’t explain all the charges at all. Then they lowered my daughter trade in from 300 to 219 which doesn’t make since it is the same phone. I need answers and not from her I need this taken care of.

Had to drive back to this place "3" times in 2 hours bc they put the wrong address on paperwork to mail old phone back or they were gonna charge me $350 for not returning the broken phone.I went there in Auguest when my phone motherboard blew up and the girl failed to tell me that I would need to return the old phone so had I thrown it away. I would have had to pay $350. Arrrrggghhhh

Verizon had the WORST customer service in the history of customer service. You can’t even call and talk to an associate at the stores!!! What in the world kind of crazy person is in charge that says you have to talk to someone that never really assists you with what you need and that really doesn’t understand a thing your saying. I left Verizon just because of that reason I tried for months to get my account straight on the chat option which is a joke. The store couldn’t really help with billing issues. Now I’m trying to fix my elderly mother in laws phone who confused her phone information and is now locked out. You can’t speak to the store and the closest store is an hour away. Again if you like to deal with a robot or someone that will not fix your issues and you love paying extra every month. Please use Verizon as your carrier. This Tupelo store was always helpful and knowledgeable but now limited to help you. Good luck.

This has been the best Verizon experience of my life. The people were so so helpful, going above and beyond to help me with each of my phone issues- even if they weren’t directly related to Verizon. The workers were incredible and over-the-top helpful.

If you have an elderly person in your family than needs help, don't go here. They refused to help saying they couldn't. Though before my father moved here someone helped at another store to do the same thing.

I want to express I’m not upset at the customer service in the sense of hospitality. I am disappointed in the company’s system. Verizon advertises that they are one of the best phone companies in the USA. That’s literally one of the reasons I decided to switch over. Unfortunately, I still haven’t been able to experience that superstar coverage because my account still hasn’t been activated. I started it two weeks ago and when I did, they basically informed me that it was their system and to give it time and whenever my C-spire account cut off switch to my Verizon SIM card. Yes, I paid. My phone was unlocked. It was nothing holding it back on my end. So, I waited but my cspire was still working. I even decided to give the SIM card a try anyway. Nope it still wasn’t activated. I went back today to try and get it fixed. What do you know 2 hours I had to give on my off day to get it fixed. Yet it still hasn’t been resolved because they are still working on it. I’m waiting on a call from the company to let me know when they have finished applying the credit to my account, because there is no way that I was going to have to pay next month for something I haven’t even been able to use. But that’s not it! I’ll then have to call the port station to get my current number imported over. Look this is too much to have to deal with for a simple $65 prepaid line. The only reason I did not ask for a refund is because I don’t have the time to go and do this all over potentially with another company.

I bought a phone there tonight and it wouldn't work. I took it back and the little thug they have working there told me I have to come back in the morning they where closing. He could have checked it out because he had like 6 people in there. I even told him I had to run my business a d he said he didn't care. And yes I called him what he was acting like

The staff at this Verizon is sooo great! They will work with you until they solve your problem, no matter how long it takes. They're fantastic!
