Yesterday, I got 12 letters that belong to 3 of my neighbors on the next road down from me in my mailbox . I've not seen my mail . Last month happened 2 different times that I received 27 letters for 9 differnt household mail in my box . But I didn't get anything yetSo I don't know who has my mail .

Y’all are unprofessional the mail carriers are unprofessional… y’all don’t answer the phone… I have been waiting on mail for 2 damn weeks an y’all normally deliver to my house . This is crazy

the automatic person was terrible, if you ask for an agent you should get it. she did not understand English for sure. the post office has gotten so awful about delivering my mail from my customers, I have offered my customer to use a credit card for payments and I will not charge them, it takes the post office 3 to 4 months to get me my mail. I have had it go to iuka ms and los angles and i live in tupelo and so do most of my customers. get people to do their job or start paying us customers for not getting mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS POST OFFICE IS THE WORST, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE I HAVE BEEN CALLING THIS POST OFFICE FOR 2 DAYS NOW. STILL NO ANSWER CALLED THE ONE ON WEST MAIN AND A GENTLEMAN TRIED TO HELP ME BUT WOULD LOVE TO SEE WITH A MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION ITS RIDICULOUS

I had the pleasure of visiting the Thomas Street United States Postal Service in Tupelo, MS, and I must say that Tonia exceptional service truly stood out. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine warmth made my experience there extremely positive. She went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring that my needs were met with a smile. Tonia outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail are a testament to her commitment to excellence. The Thomas Street USPS is fortunate to have such a dedicated and friendly employee like Tonia.

Honestly it is better than most, Belden has the best service by far in the area. The USPS offices in Tupleo are soo outdated and it would be nice to have service with a smile. Usually a line, but it is quick and they work diligently to get through the wait.

My packages are mislabeled a lot and the mail carrier refuses to deliver my mail ever since I moved. The mail carrier always says that I said I would pick up my packages from the post office, which is a lie because he/she is to lazy to deliver them.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Not helpful at all. Although it was an error on their end, they wouldn’t even take the time to try to help figure out what happened to package. I luckily was able to recall the error the cashier made when checking me out. I would’ve been fine with it was an error but just give your package some more time. Instead it was more of a not our problem attitude from I’m guessing the supervisor or whomever she was.

I have had two packages come up “missing” in the last 2 months. They are big Ipsy boxes so not hard to find. They say there is a blocked drive way on the reason why they can’t deliver it nothing is ever in the drive way. So when you go to the post office to pick up the box it’s not there and the post master says she has it and it will be back that afternoon. So you go again to get it no where to be found. This is twice this has happened. There is a pattern here. Sounds like to me the post master is stealing my Ipsy boxes. I have filed a complaint with district also so we will see if they come up with my packages. Horrible experience

They are losing mail and I been losing important mail they have to look on the address before they deliver because they are giving someone else mail to the wrong address
