“Efficient and hassle-free; everything went according to expectations. Two nits to pick:(1) My car was in Franklin, TN, a three-hour drive from Tupelo, but it took from Tuesday until Saturday for the car to arrive in Tupelo. Had I been told that it would have taken that long, I'd have saved my $99 and picked the car up in Franklin.(2) After I got home I realized that my car didn't have a front license plate bracket, so I emailed my salesperson to get one sent to me. Did not receive any reply...ended up buying one on line...poor followup.”
