I have been taking my animals to TSAH since 2002. I love Dr. Thomas and Bridget. I will not take my dogs to anyone else. Some of the situations he has pulled my dogs through are miraculous!

We go to Small Animal Hospital regularly for our sphynx cat. Dr. Yates and the rest of the team is always amazing and constantly tell us better ways to take care of our baby. Everybody is always excited to see Fisher and he is so well taken care of. It’s hard to find vets comfortable handling hairless cats but the confidence and complete love everyone shows Fisher at this clinic is amazing!! We love coming here and recommend it to all the pet parents we know.

The doctors & staff are all super friendly & highly professional. Everyone is ready & willing to assist and answer all questions or concerns. They always explain any findings so that we know what's going on with our dogs and how we can improve their health. I heartily give Tupelo Small Animal Hospital a Solid 5-PAW score. So do our boxer, Millie & our recent rescue, Ralphie.--John & Sherry Black

We’ve taken our pets to Tupelo Small Animal under the best and worst case scenarios. I can’t say enough about how amazing this clinic is. From the front reception to every Dr. in house, they are compassionate, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. 5 Star Vet clinic! Thanks!

Was really nervous about finding a new vet for my girls. A friend recommended TSAH to me and I’m so glad I went. Everyone was so nice, answered all my questions and made me and my girl feel comfortable. I saw Dr Clayton and a tech named Alaina (I hope my memory is correct!) and they were precious.

I tried calling their emergency 24/7 number 7 times last night due to my dog having a seizure starting at 12:20 until 2:30 in the morning. No one called me back until 4:50 in the morning. Human error is what she blames it on, also “I gathered from the voicemail that you had vallium so I thought she’d be ok”. I’m sorry 24/7 emergency pet line should be the equivalent as 911 for humans. This was unacceptable and I am lost for words how this whole process works. I could never trust that they would help me in the future. My dog could’ve died due to someone not answering the emergency 911 pager.

I have a Husky and a Pekingese and my parents have a Shih Tzu and we have always been very pleased. They are always very gentle and concerned about our pups and ALWAYS call us back a few days after their visit to check up on them. We don't even get that from our medical doctors anymore. It's so nice to know these doctors care about our fur babies as much as we do

My dog had a toy stuck in his stomach. I wasted one whole week going back to this vet and finally I asked him for X-ray, then they performed it. They wasted my money for medicine which was not necessary and digestive care canned dog food which my dog did not even touch. Can I bring those canned food back and get refund? Anyway, we went to Miss state university and they successfully removed the toy and he is recovering. I will look for another vet in the area and never coming back. Not happy at all.
