Originally I went to a different "mechanic", who kept my vehicle a month without doing anything. I retrieved my car and took it to Tom's. They had assisted me previously with a tire issue. I dropped it off that morning and within a few hours, the work was completed AND was over $100 cheaper than the previous "mechanic". Staff was very friendly and even assisted with a battery issue at no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing great service with a smile.

I work for a company that supports people with disabilities. We had an accident in one of our company vans, and nationwide instructed us to bring the van to their shop. Tom’s took over 2 months to repair the van, but that is not even the worst. Nationwide issued our company a check and we deposited it. Later Tom’s stated that was their money. We had no issue paying them and sent our director in Tupelo to do that. They turned her away and insisted we bring them a cashiers check. HOPE the owner was snooty, rude, unprofessional, and not understanding. Our CFO has Covid and had to leave her home and go get a cashiers check then mail it to Tupelo. We finally got possession of our van. If you wish to have professional timely help, DO NOT GO HERE!Services: Body & Trim

This company is TRASH!!!! Spoke to Mike a was told vehicle has to be towed to their shop even though the location it was supposed to be towed to was closer. Then told I have to pay to have it towed off their lot as well. So once again this company is trying to charge for that too. So $100 to tow it to their shop and then 150 to tow it back to my location. $250 !!!! Are you kidding me. Charging me extra because they are too stupid to listen or do a proper job. They refuse to move my vehicle out from behind their fence when I pay for the towing, and demand I pay to have it towed out their lot. “It’s a policy with the city.” Never heard that lie before. Where’s the contract that says that?These people are cheating single mom’s of kids like this! Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!UPDATE Not even an hour after talking to Mike - Now we decide to go get the vehicle with our own car hauler and the bill is $150 just to get it off the lot. These people have NO INTEGRITY WHAT SO EVER! Makes you sad to know that I fight for the freedoms of people like this who shouldn’t have any freedoms because they are just like the terrorist abroad!!!Services: Transmission

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. Used them thru All-State Road side. Didn't know anything about them they have F rating at bbb and the attorney General has been notified of Anna scamming ways. Along with a filed police report about my Mercedes. She wouldn't give me her name But the Better Buisness Bureau did. Hung up in me and my husband face. Wouldn't Answer back and has my car. Also BBB SAID SHE HAS NOT ANSWERED ANY OF THE CLAIMS SENT IN AGAINST Tom's Automotive

THEYRE HOLDING MY CAR HOSTAGE!!!!!! We towed through our insurance company and we have verbally released the car 5 times in two weeks over the phone and they’re putting in there notes we didn’t give consent, to run up a check to our insurance company. Well that’s a scam and karma will be a son of a b. Release my car ASAP.

They completed unauthorized repair work due to their mixup with insurance and paperwork. I have used them for years but never again. They refused to honor a loyal customer when it was their mistake. Go somewhere else!

Very unprofessional. The driver seemed like it was an inconvenience for him to get paid to do his job. The only reason I used them is because it went through my insurance. Took them over an hour to go 1.5 miles down the road to pick up the vehicle. After I called to confirm they were getting it because it had been an hour. He called me back and had an attitude on the phone asking more questions about the vehicle and where it was located. The driver then got an attitude because I parked in front of the vehicle needing to be towed in a secondary vehicle. As it was the safest place to park on the side of the road at a busy intersection. He loaded up and left with the vehicle without confirming the address of where it was going. Luckily I had someone at the house to make sure it got to the destination unharmed. Next time I will pay out of pocket to have my vehicle towed. This is not the first bad experience we have had with this company but it will be the last.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! Coolant leak was how it started. I tested my car before hand. They pick it up Charge me 1664.00 then charged me 1723.00 for using a credit card!!! For a water pump call me said he had to replace 2 parts over 800.00 to get to the water pump. Then charged me for coolant and it was empty when I picked my car up. Worst service I ever had in my whole entire life. Same lights still on and same diagnostic codes.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Toms has been dispatched to our home 3 times without actually showing up. They were dispatched by AAA every time each time and it took them over four hours to reject the request leaving my wife and I high and dry. They are horrible. It would be one thing if the request was rejected immediately by the tow truck service for being out of the service area, but it takes them four hours every time to reject the request. The unprofessionalism is unprecedented. Do not call this business if you live in a rural area. We have filed a complaint with AAA and according to them it has been escalated in their system. I surely hope this affects this company’s bottom line and their status as a AAA preferred vendor.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I hit a deer on 22 near New Albany, MS. AAA sent Tom’s Wrecking service to help. The young many named Cody showed up quickly. He was so nice and calming. It was nighttime and raining and the car had to be towed to Memphis. He loaded my car in the rain and drove me and my friend who had been injured in a bike wreck home to Memphis. Very shady business owner. Do not trust them.One of the owners of this business ordered $50k worth of goods from our business and charged her Amex back AFTER we had all of the goods ready to deliver to her home. Her name is Hope Robertson. If she asks to do business with you, run and fast.
