This location consistently underfills drinks. I’m not talking a fairly unnoticeable amount. Usually about 20%. Often overfills on ice in iced drinks too making the syrups too strong.The west main tupelo location is much more consistent with the brand’s expected quality. I just don’t like driving an extra 10 mins but with the often 30-45 minute wait times at this location, it’s worth it.I leave here wondering why I didn’t just go to the other one. Frustrating to spend $7 a drink to be underfilled & too sweet because of it

the barista Lily is one of the best baristas there! she is always sweet and caring and always has a positive attitude and has great customer service and her bows are always so cute!

We did drive thru. It was standard Starbucks. The drinks tasted as expected. The service was good.

Stopped by on two separate occasions this week because of their convenient location. On the first day I was told there was a 45 minute wait for drinks and the second attempt I was told there was a 30 minute wait for drinks. Yea right. If I wanted to wait over a half hour for coffee I would just grind my own beans at home. Too many local coffee houses to wait upwards of an hour in Tupelo, MS.

I've never had a bad experience at any location until today. The Gloster Street, Tupelo, MS location was a giant mess. I did a mobile order because I know they can stay busy. It said my order would be done at 5:03 PM. I go inside and let them know that I did put drive-thru by accident inside of picking up inside. She told me they were a little behind. Understandable. There was a man that was waiting in front of me for his mobile order. He asked about it. He asked him if the app told him when it would be ready. He said yes, it was supposed to be 4:57 PM. She apologized for it being behind. I'm not sure why she apologized to him for waiting an extra couple of minutes, because he walked out at 5:04 PM. She also told him to make sure to come back and enjoy a drink on her. As I'm standing there, numerous people walked in, went to the counter and ordered (I watched them order AND pay), receive their drinks, and leave. My drink was supposed to be done at 5:03 PM. I didn't walk out of that store until 5:28 PM! I waited 25 minutes while a few others got theirs ahead of me. I never received an apology of any sorts. Highly disappointed in how it was all handled.

What can I say? It's Starbucks. Their coffee and service is always on point. Our drive-thru server was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor.One of favorite places to visit when w le run our errands on Fridays.

Super kind barista but the design of this Starbucks is not great. I felt like I was looking at all of their mess. And it was messy!
