I am very disappointed in the tires service department. Per company policy, the employees can't work outside the bays. So, for a stem valve replacement, we had to remove our travel trailer tire in the parking lot and roll it into the shop. Just a bad experience, but they were open on Sunday, and we appreciate that.

The tire center tech was awesome. Service with a smile must be their motto. Got 4 new tires and will definitely go there with my other vehicles.

The ladies at customer service were really helpful and showed us how to use the app to scan and go and how to use it at the gas pump.
