BEWARE. truly had the worst customer service experience. i came in with a question on my policy’s payment fees, expressed my confusion and was met with anger and hostility. when i expressed to the agent, mitchell herring, that he was being rude and i did not appreciate it, he threw me out of the store. if you’re new to paying your own insurance or just like clarification on policies this location is NOT for you. customer service was a great help out of jackson! they gave me all the clarification i was looking for and have me set up to change store locations when my renewal hits in may. safeway has a great internal support system, but mitchell herring has ruined the east main location for me, personally.

This place is very unprofessional. One of the male agents is very rude and spoke very ugly to my hubsand and I. They over charger me when I bought a new car and had to change the vehicles on my policy and did not want to reimburse my payments.

Worst insurance company I've ever delt with ... Filed a claim on one of my covered vehicles they would pay for stupid reasons then went from $236 per month to $699 per month yeah jumping that much in one month ridiculous!!!! Now want renew my insurance in June when time again!!!! Trust me if you use them you better change fast .... I've already changed not gonna screw me over but one time should be a law against what they did ......

Wanted an insurance quote but instead he was quoting scriptures about the Bible. Sir I just need insurance I already got a Pastor. Worst customer service ever. Literally had to call the police on the guy...looking for new insurance place now....
