They have lots of furniture, however they are not friendly. Our sales lady wrote us off because we asked to see any clearance furniture first. I literally had to explain to her why we asked to see that first. She literally walked off from us while we were looking. We didn’t know whether to follow her or what. She just left us. She said she didn’t show us anymore because we asked for clearance first and she thought the rest was out of our budget. We were there right before closing and they just rushed us on out. They need to go to LQ or Ashley and train in customer service. And we found a set we really like. No one there even knew if they could order the set. They texted and called management to ask.

I ordered a new sectional on Labor Day weekend and it was delivered today. I am so so pleased with it. Sheila, the salesperson who helped me with this purchase, was very professional and thoughtful through the whole process, keeping me updated as to the manufacture and delivery. The 2 young guys who delivered were very professional and personable. They did a great job maneuvering my complicated winding staircase front steps and placing the new furniture. Sheila also helped with the pillow fabric and fabric I used to recover some older wingback chairs. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process! Thank you Room to Room!

BUYER BEWARE: $179 delivery fee for mattresses does not include disposal of the old mattress and box springs. Two guys dropped the new mattress in the bedroom and had to be asked to carry the old mattress to the garage rather than leaving it propped up against the bedroom wall.The mattress was sold at a good discount, which was nice, but I wish Room To Room was more transparent about what “delivery and installation” entails as this was not worth $179 and a two week wait time. If we had known, I would have picked it up on the day of purchase with my truck.

Bought a Lazboy leather recliner and it got a big hole underneath my head in less than a year. Neither Lazyboy nor Roomtoroom would do anything.

I was greeted with a pleasant smile and greeting. Shelia did an excellent job showing me the perfect furniture for my needs. Tommy also helped me as I had given Shelia the wrong name for my past representative. They were so professional and I felt they cared about my needs.

This was not my first visit. But it was the same experience. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the store/showroom is an adventure itself. So much to see, worth going to just for the showroom. I'm sure I'll be back

Room to Room is an excellent place to purchase furniture and accessories. They even exchanged the chair I purchased when I discovered it was not comfortable for me. Miss Shelia was so kind and eager to help me find the chair that is right for me. Everyone is focused on their customer's needs.

My husband and I visted for the first time and Mrs. Shelia Miller stole my heart. We were looking for a mattress and she went above and beyond not just to make a sale but to make sure we got the right mattress and it also fit our budget. Mrs. Shelia was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us !! She allowed us the space to figure out what we wanted to do, we thank you!! The sales staff are always so helpful. You are greeted as you enter the door. They give you the freedom to look, but are there when you need them without being pushy. The customer service staff are outstanding to help you should something arise after placing your order. These Godly women are phenomenal! I can't sing their praises enough. I have shopped their for numerous years and will always go back.
