You don’t brush a white persons hair wet let alone running underwater. Then get it ripped out with a Roll brush! My hair is broke all over I had the most healthiest hair before going here. The lady was nice but wouldn’t listen to me at all ignored me when I tried to tell her not to do either things! I will not go here anymore. And the man that works there is a jerk!

I visited the third time, for me the price was too expensive, I have short hair, only did one color only for my short hair & trimmed little bit my hair, I have to paid $130 & plus tips, for me it's very expensive for just one color, I don't know about the others, and I wouldn't want to go back there

If I could give this salon zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience there. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax and came out severely burned and with two different eyebrows! I called to speak to a manager and she said I would have to wait five days to be able to go in and show her how badly one of the “stylists” burnt me and to see if they could fix my eyebrows. That’s absolutely crazy. I paid for my $17 service and left a $5 tip, just to go home and have to treat the facial burns I got on my eyelid and under my eyebrows from them using overly hot wax. I really was sketchy about having anything done in the first place when I walked into an empty salon and the employees just sitting on their phones not even acknowledging me when I walked in. Please don’t go here if you dont want to leave in worse shape then you came in and like in my case with injuries. My burns are so bad I’ve debated on going to the doctors to get treatment.

She did my eyebrows too thin when I told her not to. I’m so upset because they look horrible. She charged me too much as well. I don’t recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here!!!!!!!!!!

I was visiting from out of state and I happened to go to the mall and went in to see if I could get a last minute haircut. I am from LA and I have to say Robin gave me one of the best haircuts that I have gotten in the past. I wanted a really short fun haircut and he did a great job. Thank you, Robin. I went here on a last minute trip because everyone else was too busy. The older lady that did my hair seemed like she knew what she was doing and seemed nice. BUT she messed my hair up.. Its shorter on one side and one side is shaped and the other is not.. all I wanted was a straight across cut but shes like do you want me to shape your face.. it seemed like she knew what she was talking about so I said yeah sure she seemed to work a really long time so I was ready to get out of there. Got to the register and she charged me $40 just to cut and flat iron my mess of a cut. I feel like she overcharged me and she messed my hair up. I will not be going back..

I’m doing this review as I went to this salon for the second time. I received a braid down the first time. The first time was actually nice.The second time I decided on a blow out, the older black lady was ripping my hair out and argued with me about the pain I was in, saying that it needed to hurt so my scalp will be stimulated. I have never heard such stupidity. I kept mentioning that she was ripping my hair and hurting my head. I should have left and never paid. I surely did not tip. I will NOT be returning. Anyone with natural hair PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Drove an hour to get hair cut because internet says they close at 9. I was there at 7:50 and the gate was down. Very disappointing.

My barber gave me a pretty good haircut most friendly he did a pretty good job the two ladies working in there we’re not the friendliest I’ve ever met and one of the ladies even sit down during my haircut next to me and started running the blow dryer on her self just to cool off I guess. I found it extremely annoying and Odd at the same time. I won’t be returning to this establishment after my experience.Service: Haircut
