Horrible! The worst. I had a deal on a new Sierra Denali and told Tim to call me when the truck came in. He called and told me the truck was in and ready to be picked up. I told him I didn't want any hassles and to get in and out. He agreed and told me everything would be set up and to pick it up at 9. I was paying cash and Tim assured me I would be in and out and the truck would be ready to go.I showed up at 9 and there was a problem. They didn't have paperwork on my truck but had another truck exactly like it. I wondered why they didn't sell me the truck exactly like it instead of the hassle. A "bait and switch" deal all around. The finance manager was a real piece of work, very rude, and unprofessional. I was paying cash, so I didn't understand why he was even involved. Tim seemed very uneasy, and I realized something shady was cooking when he brought the "Boss Hogg" replica of the finance manager to "explain things" to me.I left without buying the truck.About two hours later, Rudy, the owner of the place called me. He couldn't explain why things were handled the way they were.I would never buy anything from these people. They are either crooks or extremely incompetent, or a combination of both.

Excellent experience working with Eric. He's a very attentive individual. He works with you , and actually listens to best assist you in your search for a vehicle. I'm VERY happy with my purchase and even happier that it wasn't a very long process. Only downside is that my vehicle has had the check engine light on since I got it. Gotta have it looked at. Used vehicles are sold as is.

The best and the most honest dealer in the nation , I just bought a brand new 2022 GMC 2500hd Denali from Eric and my finance manger was kurt , and to let you guys know I'm located in California, they went above and beyond , for me to get the best deal and the best truck , I just received my truck yesterday, I'm so happy love my truck , it's the baddest truck ever . Thanks Kurt and Eric again for my bad ass truck I love it . So if you wanna buy a Cadillac or a GMC make sure you call these guys even if you live on the other side of the coast .

Bought a beautiful Yukon XL from this dealership. My salesman Eric was extremely helpful and trustworthy. Very fair dealership during this horrible time for car buyers. Sold me a 2022 Yukon XL at MSRP and not a cent above, I was shocked dealerships still did that as everywhere else I had looked charged 10-20k over over MSRP. Thank you Eric, Mr. Dossett and the rest of the Big 4 team.
