“Honesty is a policy not used often in society today. This business has proven to me they use honesty on a daily basis. Picked up palletized sod yesterday and when I got home, put it down and forgot about it. They didn't.
A few hours later received a voice-mail from them (my phone service is slow) asking me to call them. I did and was told I had not received my full order. The voice on the other end of the call apologized and told me to come get my order, again (no charge).
