Just got my nails done and i had a HORRIBLE experience. The lady doing my nails was on her phone the WHOLE TIME. The business is nasty and needs to be cleaned. She rushed and rushed and i asked for a manicure and did not receive it. do not recommend this business.

I came in to get my nails taken off and acrylics put on. The man used an acrylic nail to pop off my old ones, he got four done before it started hurting. I got up and left immediately. I can pop my own nails off at home sir.

Horrible !! Everything about my nail appointment was horrible. He barely put any gel powder on my nails. Look like I already need another fill and I just got them done. They do not care at all about their customers. No other words but horrible. Worst experience ever !! Highly irritated !!Service: Gel manicures

I have gone to this nail salon for over 20 yrs and never imagined being treated in such a way after complaining about a fungus under my nail. Victoria, the owner, downplays it as oh it happens when water gets under it I call BS. I only wanted her to soak the others off so I could get checked out for proper treatment. She had the audicity to say it would be $10 to soak off. I do not advise using this salon for anything, just downright unprofessional and rude to customers.

The owner was very rude. I came in for coffin nails and she was rough and on her phone the whole time. She did a terrible job and did not shape them up correctly. She asked me did I like them because I think she seen my face and I told her no. She had put the wrong tips on then Cut the sides too thin for my fingers. She told me “well you can go somewhere else because I don’t know what to do for you!) she was very dismissive and rude. She hadn’t even put the acrylic on yet so it was something that could have been corrected with no issues. I have been there before and her son did my nails and he is great. But when the owner doesn’t treats me like this I don’t want to support at all. She does not care about her customers! Don’t waste your money!!!!Service: Acrylic nails

I went in yesterday for a gel set on my toes and hands. I usually like to go to someone else but the the male owner told me I could come sit at his station. He does a piss poor job every time he does my nails and I try to give him the benefit of the doubt each time. I told him I wanted french tip, so he paints half of my nail white and tries to put it under the lamp and I stopped him and asked was he going to make it an actual tip (it was an extremely large tip) he told me "this is the regular french you asked for you didn't ask for a curve" -- well who knew it was a difference. Every other tech in there knows to curve the tip with acetone without asking for it. He didn't ask if I wanted them shorter or anything. He was barely gazing the side of my nails with the filer like he was a 3 month old baby. Instead of being a proper provider and asking if you would like them cut or keep the long, he feels that you should tell him every little thing to do and when you do he catches an attitude. So my nails wasn't shaped up, filed, or cut. I wouldn't be surprised if he was the reason that his ENTIRE staff all moved to FL together, even the elders that did the pedi. It was only him and his wife slaving for months by themselves and they still barely have any staff. This is an absolute piss poor establishment and all the wife(Victoria) said was come see her next time instead of offering her services of doing the tips for me. He does the absolute least but have the nerve to charge the most. They'll never see me again. That's why their business is failing now. And I'm pleased about it!!!! Let me not forget to add when I told the wife that when the girl in the back did my toes she knew what a French tip was supposed to look like and I didn't have to ask her to curve it and suddenly, per the wife "it's 2 different type of French tips, come to me next time." They don't even deserve 1 start

No gel polish ! No pedi no message just regular paint cost me 27 dollars. When I desputed the price she said the board in back says that it's 25!! How's am I supposed to see that board oin the back ?

I will NEVER go here again. I went in and asked how to wait for a pedicure, he said they could take me right away - ok cool. So I went back and sat myself.The woman spoke Engish very well but barely spoke at all. Just to rudely tell me where to put my feet next. She asked me to move chair closer to her. I guess I was spoiled by the place I had gone to for over 20 years in Georgia, it was like we were family. I even said this was my 1st time there, was treated no differently. It was like I was inconveniencing her. She barely massaged my feet and legs at all. The polish looks good. Then I got sticker shock...$42 for basically filing my nails and painting them. Not to mention the rude customer that was going off on the woman doing brow waxing because she lost her place in line because she left. I thought we were all going to get shot - that wasn't there problem and they handled it well. Again, I will never go back.

Paid $10 for a soak off that I did myself. She just provided the acetone. Paid $40 for acrylic overlay that was done really quick and in a hurry. I’m here from out of town and had some time to kill. Nails are uneven, she got polish on my skin and didn’t clean off, and didn’t get the acrylic nor polish out from under my nail when she was done.

Service was HORRIBLE today! Victoria (the owner) made me wait on her to get done getting her nails done by her husband before she would do my eyebrows! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
