I would like to thank everyone at Mhc kenworth Tupelo very courteous, friendly, and attentive. My truck went in derate near there, so I needed immed attn as I left a graduation early to pick up a super “hot” load. I was there at 1 am. They jumped right on it, even though every customer is in a hurry to get fixed, and out of there. They had the part in stock luckily, pricing was fair. Kathi in the service office went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them, and wish some of the bigger city Mhc’s would follow a smaller towns philosophy. Shop was very clean. Excellent job. So far the diag and fix seemed to be correct the first time, whew lol.

This shop is one of the best I've dealt with. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and quite helpful with any thing you might need.
If you're stuck here for the day, there's a laundromat less than a mile down the road. You can have almost anything delivered, from food to medicine.
They were able to diagnose my transmission issue and fix it in a matter of hours.

Great service!!!!
These guys got me out of a bad situation and they did it with class! I called into their service department and spoke with Kathi. She was very helpful from the start. I had the vehicle towed there and they were actually able to get me in and diagnosed with an estimate a day earlier than expected! I authorized repairs and their tech, Andrew, got the job done in a very efficient manner, and he also found and repaired some other things that would have caused me problems later down the road! Very thankful for the honesty and integrity of this service department! Great work MHC!

I delivered a load to Home Depot in Saltillo, Mississippi and unfortunately my truck broke! There was a Kenworth dealership 8 miles away in Tupelo, Mississippi! Due to all the previous bad weather in that area, they were a little behind on repairs! The minute I walked through the front door I was treated with the upmost respect! I had to get a hotel because my parts needed to be ordered but my wait and stay was enjoyable because of the service representative by the name of Ms. Kathi! She was a light in my dark times! She treated me like a human being and not a number! She was very professional and polite! Respect is earned and never given, Ms. Kathi and the entire Kenworth dealership earned my respect! They got me back rolling in 2 days! I would recommend this dealership to anyone not just for the service but for the most important part of life, RESPECT!!!!!! Came in for nox sensor oil leak and air leak three weeks in the shop I left with air leak coolant leak and ac leak they broke everything down to find oil they did a good job on that but I guess they forgot to put it back together and make sure everything sealed and tight

Gotta tip my hat this on this one. My truck broke down and even though it was not a major issue they were able to fix my truck and give me back on the road the same day not even an hour I’ve been there. They are my respects like you have no idea.

I’m Visited MHC on Wednesday 09/13/23 at 07:00 with a check engine light. I was told they would try get to me if they could but for sure the next day. They were always up front with me which is really good being that I going to wait for the truck. I’m sure no one likes being strung along while broke down on the road. They had it diagnosed by lunch, parts were in stock. And could possibly have it done end of day. The Advisor said I could stay in the truck for the night and start work on Friday 09/15/23 which saved me money on hotel. It’s been a month now and diagnosis and work performed is good. I would really recommend this shop if you are the close to it. In my experience with this shop they were very helpful and honest on time frame.

This is the best MHC, heck Kenworth, for that matter. The service department will do their best to get you in and repaired as fast as possible. Tommy and Kathy try to answer your questions the best they can. There are too many people in the parts and service departments to mention. Let's just say that the whole crew are top notch.
