I visited this store to port-in to Metro by T-Mobile due to ongoing iPhone 11 offer. Metro by T-Mobile says I should pay just $49 for iPhone 11 and then buy a qualifying plan. I also expected taxes and port-in fees of $20. They charged me $69 for the iPhone, and then overcharged about $50 by selling a screen cover and charger I guess. I ended up paying $220 to them. I would not have written a bad review if they had not refused to give me invoice. When I asked for invoice, their reply was "we were not suppose to sell this phone in the offer.... but the another lady started billing by mistake. No invoice at the end! I knew they are screwing me as I recently paid $210 for everything just a few months back when iPhone11 phone was for $99 and not $49. Never going to visit them again!

I had the pleasure of meeting India03064, greet customer service from the time I walked into the store and until I walked out of the store. . I was able to get the phone I wanted and also was able to keep my phone. She stayed on hold with a representative to make sure they called my previous carrier in order to keep my number. She went above and beyond and I thank her for it.

Very bad experience. There were several different unexpected charges on my bill that I cannot afford to pay. I was under the impression that the services, for which I had been charged-was some sort of new customer bonus. I was told I could remove the extra services- but I’d continue to be charged & I must pay in order to keep my phone on!!!
