I called their parts department for a quote on a replacement key for my car. Their quote was exactly twice as high as a nearby dealer where I purchased the key.

Tim was a great guy (Salesman) and the finance manager was great to deal with but the remainder of Metro Ford is nothing special. Had to send the new truck back to be detailed again and even on the second time it was very dirty. Gave up and took it to the car wash myself. First new vehicle I have bought where they didn't go over the vehicle features or set up the cell phone upon delivery. They just handed the key and that was that.
9 days after the sale they tried to get $500 more for an incentive they said had a wrong address. They also, now 10 days later have not given me the check for my trade. Still waiting on the second key. I was worried about Metro being a small dealership but wanted to give a local dealership some business. I will never be going back there again.

Would highly recommend that you AVOID Metro service department. After receiving two phone calls that our vehicle was repaired, I went to pick up and it in fact was not repaired, and had another issue that it did not have at the time the vehicle dropped off. After repeated attempts from our insurance adjuster to verify with Metro Ford repair shop that the parts they claimed had been replaced were actually replaced, Metro Ford stopped responding to our adjusters calls and emails. I would, however, highly recommend Canon Ford of Starkville.

Brought my best friend over from Birmingham (1/23/24 around 3:30pm) to look at a new replacement vehicle for purchase, as he lost his (21 Mach-E Select) in a recent accident.. When we pulled onto the lot, we saw there was already a salesperson outside helping a customer with a new Bronco. So, to make it easier, we walked all the way from far end of the parking lot into the showroom where we stood around and looked over a new Mustang as we waited for another salesperson to come assist us. After no assistance inside there, we walked out looking for someone else on the lot to help us. That's when I turned around and saw through the front window there was someone standing in the big showroom booth! A gentleman with glasses just stared at us as we walked away.. I realized then we had simply been ignored. The only thing we can think of, is we drove up to the dealership in an older model 90s car that I use for driving to work. So they might not have thought we had the means to purchase anything nicer than that.. No worries. After a quick drive to a town over that's even closer to Alabama, my friend drove home in a brand new leftover 2023 Ford from a smaller family owned dealership that was super friendly and welcoming. He didn't need any cash down and financed with Ford Credit bank at a very low 1.9% special interest rate.... It's unfortunate that the metro guys missed a good sale because it's where I purchased my previous truck and current MKZ from, and I have loved both of these vehicles! All I can say is we tried! Even walked into the showroom looking for someone. I'll definitely be back for servicing in the future, but I might think twice about trading cars there again. It rubbed me the wrong way how we weren't even asked if we needed help.Edit: Hi, Wendy. There really is no need in my calling over this.. He has already purchased another vehicle yesterday after we left. I may speak with you, though, in person when I come back for my next oil change. I appreciate the quick response.

This place is filled with incompetent service people salesman, as well as the general manager. They claim to fix my car when I picked up the car after they told me it was ready everything was still not working as well as other problems. Took it to another dealership and found out they did not replace any parts. That’s called Insurance fraud. They are lying crooks, and I will report them on all platforms. Connor the service manager and Byron the general manager have no clue what they are doing or how to run a business. They are incompetent and Criminal

Poor follow through on car purchase. The vehicle I test drove and bought was overdue for an oil change and had a low tire. We came to a purchase agreement that was to include fixing the low tire and an oil change. They just added air to the tire, never checked the tire which was flat the next day. They did not change the oil, only reset the indicator - only found out at crawling under and looking at the oil filter that had the previous oil change date. None of the saved locations in the nav system were cleared out and none of the pair phones were cleared either. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still do not have the title for the vehicle. Do not expect follow through or customer service from this dealership from my experience.

Had truck f250 serviced last week. They charged me 600 and suppose to do a 21 point inspection and 6 months ago was supposed to fix what they call a death wobble and charged me over 600. Well today I take it to someone else and I have belt broke in 2 tires, slack in front because of upper and lower tierods need replacing and shocks need replaced costs me 1500 but atleast it will be fixed right this time. This is a sorry company who just wants your money instead of fixing it right.

Everything went as smooth as could be expected. The sales team helped ensure I received all available rebates, and went through multiple financing options, until I found what was suitable for me. I am very pleased with the truck as well.
